We want you to love your consideredkind products. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Faulty or Damaged Items

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product has a major fault, arrives damaged, or is not as described.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Change of Mind

We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used.
